§ 11. Conflict and severance.

If there is a conflict between any provision of these regulations and the provisions of the Act, the provisions of the Act shall govern. The invalidity of any clause, sentence, section, part, subsection or provision of these regulations shall not affect the validity of any other part which can be given effect without such valid part or parts.
